We are thrilled to welcome Monster Trucks to this year’s Carriage Kia Grandstand Event Series. Audiences of all ages will be amazed by Predator, Big Foot and more. And be sure to join us for the Pit Party before each show to get up close and personal with these big machines. Full throttle Monster Trucks show Tues & Wed Sept 26 and 27 at 8:00 pm. Admission included in price of Fair Ticket.

MAX POWER

At 9 feet tall and decorated with extensive LED lighting, MAX POWER towers over crowds. MAX walks, talks, dances, and more – creating an instant party wherever he goes. MAX will stroll the grounds for 30 minutes for each performance

 

THE SEA LIONS ARE BACK

We are thrilled to welcome back one of our most popular shows ever: Sea Lion Splash! You’ll laugh and stare in amazement as these unique creatures balance balls, catch rings, and show off their natural swimming skills

 

 

American Bull Riders

Back by popular demand for THREE nights this year, the American Bull Riders. Show times are Friday-Sunday, Sept 29 and 30, and Oct 1. Shows start at 8:00 pm. Admission included in price of Fair Ticket.

 

 

NGSF NON-COMMERCIAL COMPETITIONS

The 1955 Cobb County Fair Premium catalogue stated – “The real purpose of the fair is to bring together for display, the best livestock, agriculture and home products made and grown the county.”Today the fair is the North Georgia State Fair, livestock and agriculture have almost become things of the past but the artistic and gardening talents of area residents will still be presented in the non-commercial exhibits in the 2023 Fair.
Non-commercial competitive divisions include needlework, sewing, and handicrafts which include jewelry, toys and woodworking.  Creative arts such as basketry, an expanded photography division, oil painting, watercolors and other media as well as ceramics woodcarving and sculpture are displayed along with food products in the agriculture/horticulture area. Food preservation, canning, drying and preserving vie for honors along with baked goods by entrants of all ages. The popular Christmas corner continues to grow and an expanded quilting division promises added incentives for quilters. Displays are set up inside the Exhibit Hall.
