So proud of Kelly Nagel and her husband Rich, for taking their dream and turning it into realty.  Their bagels are the best. They started their business at local Farmer’s Markets, survived covid and opened their first store in June of this year.

Nagel’s Bagels Opens Bakery and Café in Cartersville

Nagel’s Bagels opened their very first brick and mortar location with a grand opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony on Thursday, June 9 at 125 W Main Street in historic downtown Cartersville, GA.

“This community has been so supportive of us over the last three years and we are thrilled to be able to open our bakery and café in the historic downtown area. We cannot wait to welcome everyone into this new space which we designed to create a sense of belonging and warmth ,” said Kelly Nagel, Chief Marketing Officer and Bagel Tester at Nagel’s Bagels.

The regular business hours are 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. Breakfast and Lunch will be served every day and brunch served all day.

Cartersville was first introduced to Nagel’s Bagels at the Cartersville Farmers Market in 2019. “When we started out, it was really just a hobby; something fun to do that was different from my day job as a Program Manager for Oracle,” said Rich Nagel, Owner and Chief Baker for Nagel’s Bagels. “The first time we went to the farmers market we sold out in less than an hour and I feel like all we have done since then is try and keep up with the demand! I can’t really describe how great it feels to share something you are passionate about with people and to see that they love it. Hearing people say ‘I love your bagels’ is just incredible. I will never get tired of hearing that.”

Nagel’s Bagels will continue to provide home and business delivery and expand their wholesale market. There are currently more than 10 retailers who carry Nagel’s Bagels in their coffee shop, cafés, restaurants You can learn more at www.nagelsbagels.co.

Nagel’s Bagels is located at 125 W Main Street in downtown Cartersville, directly across the street form the Chamber of Commerce office.  Just a short drive up Highway 41 to Main Street in downtown Kennesaw.
