7TH ANNUAL SUPERIOR KIDS DAY
For the 7th year in a row, Governor Nathan Deal and his wife, along with Bobby Cox Former Braves Manager, have attended SUPERIOR KIDS DAY, sponsored by Jay Cunningham and Superior Plumbing,.
Our special guests were 25 of the Superior Plumbing Kids Club students along with their parents and caregivers. These youngsters were given the red-Carpet ROCK STAR treatment. This included all expense paid tickets, parking and food, along with matching jerseys. In addition to enjoying visits from the Braves mascot Blooper and the Tomahawk Team, the youngsters were joined by John Rocker (Braves 1998-01) and Ryan Klesko (Braves 1992-99). As Jay Cunningham says, “Every Child deserves to be treated like a ROCK STAR!”
They all enjoyed a special time of pictures and autographs with the visiting celebrities. In addition, the students had a ball with unlimited play at the Hope and Will Sandlot – thanks to CHOA and The Braves. And a big thank you for the support and logistics handled by the Cobb County Sheriff Department. To be considered for this special day the student must be a member of the Superior KIDS Club https://superiorplumbing.com/vote. Visit the page to nominate a deserving special needs student today!
