Jacob Bryant To Bring His Brand Of Traditional Country To EP Release Party At Electric Cowboy In Kennesaw Sept. 23
Jacob Bryant’s star is on the rise. With a devout fan base, a rockin’ band, and a voice that could set fire to the rain, the 26-year-old Jasper, GA native is just getting started. Bryant, who once failed middle school chorus because he was too shy to sing, is continuing in his mother’s passion for music. The blue-eyed singer was at one time the house band for Electric Cowboy, but has since been growing and sharing his music through social media. The EP release show on Sept. 23 will kick off the release of his much-anticipated 4th EP, Up In Smoke. “I guess we are following in a theme. One of my other popular songs is titled ‘Up In Smoke.’ It’s a powerful element and it captures the passion for what I do, so it makes sense to reference,” explains Bryant.
“My show is 80% originals, but I’ll throw in a few covers here and there. We’ll definitely play the entire EP,” says Bryant when asked about what fans can expect at the show. Jacob will be playing new markets throughout the rest of 2016 and is also planning to release a deluxe edition of some of his favorite songs along with some new tunes in November.
When asked about his favorite artist, Bryant answered “Keith Whitley is my favorite country singer. His voice is captured in time. He had this pure tone and he sang with such conviction. That’s what I strive for. He had so much talent and left us way to soon.” For more information on Jacob Bryant visit www.jacobbryantmusic.com.
