EHECATL ART AT SIMMER TIME CAFE -MEET THE ARTISTS JUNE 23
Simmer Time Café and Art Gallery is excited to present its newest art exhibit featuring the work of local artists, Vision Bear and Kim Roberts Meacham. Both artists follow the Ehecatl Art painting process developed by Vision Bear.
Ehecatl Art is an organic, cooperative process based on balance and integration that promotes personal and spiritual growth. Ehecatl is a Nahuatl word that means “Spirit, or that which moves but cannot be seen.” Based on his ancestral belief that the images we create reveal the basis of our existence, Vision Bear believes that art has the potential to heal, illuminate and transform lives.
The exhibit will be on display in June through July. There will be an Ehecatl Art painting demonstration and the opportunity to meet the artists at Simmer Time on Sunday, June 23 from 1pm – 3pm.
