Acworth Egg Hunt
The Acworth Egg Hunt is back on Friday, April 4, 2025! GATES open at 6:00 pm. And admission is FREE. The City of Acworth and Freedom Church invite you and your family to experience an egg hunt like you’ve never seen before. The event will take place on Friday April 4 at the Acworth Sports Complex (4000 S Main Street) on the baseball fields. We will have concessions, family fun activities and photo opportunities before the hunt, so make sure you arrive early..
Each year the Acworth Egg Hunt consists of 50,000 eggs with 10,000 eggs per age group! You won’t want to miss out on the fun or the Easter Bunny’s amazing arrival. The gates open at 6:00 and the Easter Bunny arrives at 7:00 pm.
Egg hunts are timed Field #1 hosts 0-2 year olds starting at 7:30 pm; Field #2 hosts 3-4 year olds starting at 7:40 pm, Field #3 hosts 5-6 year olds starting at 7:50; Fields #4 hosts 7-8 year olds starting at 8:00 pm. And Field #1 will hosts 9-10 year olds starting at 8:10.
Kennesaw Parks & Rec Annual Bunny Breakfast
The Kennesaw Parks & Rec Department is excited to continue the tradition of the annual Bunny Breakfast, presented by iThink Financial, at the Ben Robertson Community Center on Saturday, April 5. Two seatings are available: one from 8 to 9:15 a.m. and another from 10 to 11:15 a.m.
Guests will enjoy a buffet featuring hot pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and breakfast sweets. The Easter Bunny will make the rounds, visiting each table to greet the children. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own cameras for photos with the Easter Bunny. There will also be an opportunity for professional photos with a real bunny.
Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased online or at the Ben Robertson Community Center. Advance purchase is required. Tickets are non-refundable after March 22. Children ages two and under do not need a ticket if sitting on a lap.

This year’s Bunny Breakfast is presented by iThink Financial, supported by Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and breakfast is cooked by the Kennesaw-Acworth Optimist Club.
