School is out but Our Art Explosion Camp has a full week of non-stop art experiments and activities. Each day of camp will focus on a different art medium like fabrics and dyes, paper, paint, clay and more! Prepare to roll up your sleeves and create your next masterpiece. Campers are encouraged to dress in clothing ready to get painted, stained and splattered! Fees cover the cost of all art materials, supplies and field trip admission. SAT FEB 21 – GET READY FOR THE POLAR PLUNGE Special Olympics Georgia Polar Plunge The Special Olympics Polar Plunge, hosted by the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Georgia, will take place at Acworth Beach at Cauble Park and returns on Saturday, February 21, 2026. Join the “coolest” event of the year! The purpose behind the Polar Plunge is to support and spread awareness for the 17,429 Special Olympics Georgia athletes. The Polar Plunge is the largest fundraising effort benefiting Special Olympics. Many states across the nation participate in this annual event through the efforts of their Law Enforcement Torch Run program. The Polar Plunge is an official Law Enforcement Torch Run event. SAT FEB 21 POP IN AT THE MUSEUM OF HISTORY. The February Pop-In of 2026 will be held on February 21 the with a focus on Black Inventors with themed crafts and activities for all ages.
